Kodansha Comics America announced a special edition "Sailor Moon Naoko Takeuchi Collection Manga Volume 1 + Exclusive Q Posket Figure." This is the same Q-Posket that released in Japan few months ago. The figure is modeled after the original manga version of Sailor Moon. You can preorder the book with figure at RightStufAnime.
